9. In section 37 (public notice as regards Commission orders etc)—
(a)subsection (1), in so far as it relates to the provisions of section 37 mentioned in sub-paragraphs (b) to (d) below,
(b)subsection (2)(a),
(c)subsection (2)(b), in so far as it relates to section 67A of the 2011 Act(1), and
(d)subsection (3).
Section 67A of the 2011 Act is inserted by section 7 of the 2022 Act.
