Commencement of the Agriculture Act 2020
2. The following provisions of the Agriculture Act 2020 come into force on 30th November 2022—
(a)Part 1 of Schedule 7 (exceptional market conditions: England);
(b)Part 3 of Schedule 7 (marketing standards and carcass classification: England), except paragraph 11 of Schedule 7 so far as it relates to Article 88(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products(1); and
(c)section 52 (consequential amendments), so far as it relates to the provisions brought into force by paragraphs (a) and (b) of this regulation.
