3.—(1) The Customs (Tariff Quotas) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1) in the definition of “Quota Table”, for the words from “entitled” to the end, substitute “entitled “Tariff Quotas, version 3.0” dated 22nd February 2022”(2).
(3) In regulation 6—
(a)in paragraph (2), omit “Subject to paragraph (3),”;
(b)omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
(4) In Schedule 2—
(a)in Part A (quotas listed in the Quota Table), in column (10) of the table, in each of the rows for quota numbers 05.4515, 05.4514 and 05.4513, omit “Annual(12)”;
(b)in the notes following that table, omit note (12).
