2.—(1) The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule A2—
(a)in paragraph 1(a), omit from “other” to the end;
(b)in paragraph 1(b), after “EEE” insert “with no expiry date”;
(c)in Table 1, after entry No.96, insert—
