87.—(1) The National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2015(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3—
(a)omit the definition of “CCG”;
(b)at the appropriate place insert—
““integrated care board” means an integrated care board established under Chapter A3 of Part 2 of the Act;”.
(3) Omit regulation 14.
S.I. 2015/1879, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
