2. In regulation 13(3) (agreements: general)—
(a)after sub-paragraph (a) omit “or”;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“; or
(c)premises where services are provided under regulation 13A (services: remote provision outside practice premises).”.
