Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995

14. In section 18G(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995(1), in each of paragraphs (a) and (b)(2), after “2019” insert “or paragraph 18 of Schedule 6 to the National Security Act 2023”.

1995 c. 46. Section 18G was inserted by section 19 of, and paragraph 6(3) of Schedule 1 to, the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (c. 9).

Section 18G(1)(a) and (b) was subject to relevant amendment by section 23(1) of, and paragraph 22(2)(a) and (b) respectively of Schedule 4 to, the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019 (c. 3).
