18. In the Police Act 1997(1), in the Schedule 8A inserted by the Police Act 1997 and the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 Remedial (No. 2) Order 2015 (S.S.I. 2015/423)(2), after paragraph 36, insert—
“National security
36A. An offence under sections 1 to 4, 12, 13, 17 or 18 of the National Security Act 2023.”.

Schedule 8A was inserted by Article 3(8) of the Police Act 1997 and the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 Remedial (No. 2) Order 2015 (S.S.I. 2015/423) (Schedule 8A is not currently in force).
