25. In paragraph 12 of Schedule 2 to the Armed Forces Act 2006(1), after paragraph (az)(2), insert—
“(az1)an offence under section 1, 2, 3, 4, 12 or 18 of the National Security Act 2023.”.
Paragraph 12(az) was inserted by section 67(1) of, and paragraph 28 of Schedule 12 to, the Space Industry Act 2018 (c. 5).
