Water Industry Act 1991

30.—(1) The Water Industry Act 1991(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a) section 2(7)(2);

(b) section 92(1)(a)(3);

(c) section 127(3)(a)(4);

(d) section 131(3)(a)(5).

(3) In section 206(3)(k)(6) for “a retained” substitute “an assimilated”.
