There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority Order 2023, Paragraph 13.
13.—(1) The 2003 Act is modified as follows.
(2) In section 7 (credit arrangements)—
(a)in subsection (1)(a), for “its part” substitute “the part of the Combined Authority”;
(b)in subsection (2), for “on the part of the authority”, substitute “on the part of the Combined Authority”.
