There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Magistrates’ Court Sentencing Powers) Regulations 2023, Section 15.
15.—(1) The Statistics and Registration Act 2007(1) is amended as follows.
(2) After section 39(9) insert—
“(9A) In the application of this section in England and Wales the reference in subsection (9)(b) is to be read as a reference to the general limit in a magistrates’ court (but this is subject to subsection (11)).”.
