13. In the table in paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 (fees under the Merchant Shipping Act 1995) to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 2018(1) under heading I (Construction and Equipment)—
(a)in respect of the entry for the Merchant Shipping (Cargo Ship Construction) Regulations 1997(2), in the third column, after “2005/2114” insert “2023/246”;
(b)in respect of the entry for the Merchant Shipping (Passenger Ship Construction: Ships of Classes I, II and II(A)) Regulations 1998, in the third column, after “2004/2884” insert “2023/246”;
(c)in respect of the entry for the Merchant Shipping (Nuclear Ships) Regulations 2022, in the third column, for “None” substitute “2023/246”;
(d)at the end insert—
(i)in the first column, “The Merchant Shipping (Cargo and Passenger Ship Construction and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2023”;
(ii)in the second column, “2023/246”;
(iii)in the third column, “None”.
