Date of birth information of people with significant control

19.—(1) The Companies (Disclosure of Date of Birth Information) Regulations 2015(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(1) (permitted disclosure by the registrar to credit reference agencies), for “10” substitute “10A”.
(3) In Schedule 2 (conditions for permitted disclosure)(2), after paragraph 10 insert—
“10A. The relevant date of birth information is not information to which regulation 34(1) of the Register of People with Significant Control Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/339) applies.”.
