Saving provision
3. The Single Source Contract Regulations 2014(1) remain in force and have effect as they did immediately before 19th January 2024 until they are amended or revoked, notwithstanding the coming into force of the provisions referred to in regulation 2(1) which amend the powers under which those regulations are made.
