Amendment of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

32.—(1) The Employment and Support Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 94 (meaning of “person in hardship”)—
(a)in paragraphs (3)(a), (b), (c)(i) and (ii), after “attendance allowance”, insert “, pension age disability payment”;
(b)in paragraph (7), after the definition of “disability living allowance”, insert—
““pension age disability payment” has the meaning given in regulation 2 of the Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 2024;”.
