25.—(1) Article 59 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a) for “an allocation period” substitute “the period beginning with 1st January 2021 and ending with 31st December 2025, or in the 2026-2030 period,”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (b) omit “allocation”.
