Amendment to fees for firearm and shot gun certificates

2.  In section 32(1) of the 1968 Act(1) (fees for firearm and shot gun certificates)—

(a)in paragraph (a), for “£88” substitute “£198”;

(b)in paragraph (b), for “£62” substitute “£131”;

(c)in paragraph (c), for “£20” substitute “£47”;

(d)in paragraph (cc), for “£4” substitute “£9”;

(e)in paragraph (d), for “£79.50” substitute “£194”;

(f)in paragraph (e), for “£49” substitute “£126”;

(g)in paragraph (f), for “£4” substitute “£9”.

1968 c. 27; section 32(1) was amended by S.I. 1986/986 (varies the fees payable under the Firearms Act 1968 on grant, renewal or variation of firearm certificates, the replacement of firearm or shotgun certificates and the registration of firearm dealers) in relation to England and Wales, S.I. 1986/996 (made the same variation in fees as S.I. 1986/986) in relation to Scotland, S.I. 1990/290, S.I. 1990/325, S.I. 1994/2615, S.I. 1994/2652, S.I. 2000/3148, S.I. 2015/611 (varies certain fees payable under the Firearms Act 1968 and the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988) in relation to England and Wales and Scotland.
