8. In the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996:
(1) In regulation 1(3)—
(a)in sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (b)(ii) in the definition for “full-time course of advanced education” for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales”;
(b)in sub-paragraphs (b)(i), (b)(ii) and (b)(ii)(bb) in the definition for “full-time student” for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales”;
(2) In regulation 11(3) for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales.”;
(3) In regulation 57(1), in the definition of “training” for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales.”;
(4) In regulation 75(1)(b)(i), for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales.”;
(5) In regulation 170(2), for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales.”;
(6) In Schedule A1, in paragraph 16 for “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” substitute “National Assembly for Wales.”.
