SCHEDULE 1PROVISIONS COMING INTO FORCE ON 1 JANUARY 2010
Section 15(7) for the purposes of giving effect to the Order making power in Section 15(7)(b);
Section 37;
Sections 39 to 44;
Section 46;
Section 51(2) and (3) and Schedule 2 and 3; and
Section 52 and Schedule 4 for the purposes of section 4, subsection (5) Local Government Act 2000.
