Commencement of local transport provisions in relation to Wales

2.  31 January 2010 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—

(a) Section 13 (in so far as it is not already in force).

(b) Sections 14—18.

(c) Section 68(2).

(d) Section 131 so far as it relates to the following—

• Part 1 of Schedule 7,

• In Part 2 of Schedule 7, the repeals relating to section 116(2) and Schedule 10 of the Transport Act 2000(1),

• In Part 2 of Schedule 7, the repeal relating to the Enterprise Act 2002(2),

• In Part 3 of Schedule 7, the repeals relating to Sections 74, 75 and 79 of the Transport Act 1985(3),

• In Part 3 of Schedule 7, the repeals relating to the Transport Act 2000,

• In Part 5 of Schedule 7, the repeals relating to the Transport Act 2000,

and accordingly those repeals.
