3. The following provisions of the 2002 Act come into force on 12 April 2010:
(a)section 19(8) (governing bodies of maintained schools);
(b)section 20(4) (instruments of government of governing bodies of maintained schools);
(c)section 24 (federation of schools); and
(d)section 25 (federations: supplementary provisions).
