Amendment of the 2009 Regulations
136. In paragraph 1(1) in Schedule 1, in the definition of “family member”, for sub-paragraph (a)(ii) substitute—
“(ii)direct descendants of the person or of the person’s spouse or civil partner who are—
(aa)under the age of 21; or
(bb)dependants of the person or the person’s spouse or civil partner; or”.
