305.—(1) Section 222 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (2), for “Agency” substitute “ appropriate body ”.

(3) In subsection (8)—

(a) after “Agency's” insert “ or the NRBW's ”;

(b) after “Agency” insert “ or the NRBW ”.

(4) In subsection (9), in the appropriate place insert—

““the appropriate body” means—

(a) in relation to any act or omission of the Crown in England, the Agency;

(b) in relation to any act or omission of the Crown in Wales, the NRBW;”.
