4. In regulation 3(1)—
(a)in the alphabetical list, in the appropriate places insert—
““authorised person” (“person awdurdodedig”) means, in relation to a patient, a person who is entitled to make an application for pharmaceutical services on behalf of the patient by virtue of regulation 62(a) to (d) of the Pharmaceutical Regulations (exercise of choice in certain cases);”;
