3.—(1) The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1 April 2023—

(a) section 1;

(b) section 2;

(c) section 3;

(d) section 5;

(e) section 6;

(f) section 7;

(g) section 8;

(h) section 9;

(i) section 10;

(j) section 13;

(k) section 14;

(l) section 15;

(m) section 16;

(n) section 17;

(o) section 18;

(p) section 20;

(q) section 23(1) and (2);

(r) section 27;

(s) paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 of Schedule 1;

(t) Schedule 3.

(2) The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1 April 2023, so far as not already in force—

(a) section 4;

(b) section 11.
