Transitional provision
3. Until section 23 of the Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Act 2022(1) comes into force, the reference in Part 2 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010 to the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research is to be read as including the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales.
