Provisions coming into force on 1 April 2025
3. The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1 April 2025—
(a)section 27 (services to promote diversity in persons seeking elected office);
(b)section 56 (abolition of Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales);
(c)section 57 (Democracy and Boundary Commission Cymru functions relating to remuneration);
(d)section 58 (transfer of property, rights and liabilities);
(e)section 59 and Part 4 of Schedule 1 (minor and consequential amendments);
(f)section 60 (savings).
