3Accessing redress

The regulations may make such provision as the Welsh Ministers think fit about accessing redress.

The regulations may, in particular, make provision—
a
about who may access redress;
b
about how redress may be accessed;
c
for time limits in relation to accessing redress;
d
about circumstances in which redress may not be accessed.
