21 Education and training for persons aged 16 to 18 W

(1) Section 31 of the Learning and Skills Act 2000 (c. 21) is amended in accordance with subsection (2).

(2) In section 31(2)—

(a) in paragraph (a) delete “ and ”;

(b) at the end of paragraph (b) insert “ and ”;

(c) following paragraph (b) insert—

“(c) sufficient to satisfy the entitlements conferred under section 33F”.
