86.Mae adran 45 yn rhoi pŵer i Weinidogion Cymru ddyroddi canllawiau ar y canlynol:
proses cynllunio cymunedol;
cynhyrchu ac adolygu strategaeth gymunedol; a’r
dyletswyddau yn adrannau 42 i 44.
87.Mae’r adran hon hefyd yn pennu bod rhaid i awdurdod lleol a’i bartneriaid cynllunio cymunedol roi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau a ddyroddir o dan yr adran hon.
