Changes to Legislation

Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.
13Gwasanaethau y caniateir codi ffioedd amdanyntLL+C
(1)At ddibenion y Mesur hwn, mae gwasanaeth y caniateir codi ffioedd amdano yn wasanaeth sy'n dod o fewn is-adran (2).
(2)Dyma'r gwasanaethau—
(a)gwasanaeth a ddarperir o dan adran 29 o Ddeddf Cymorth Gwladol 1948 (p. 29) (trefniadau lles ar gyfer personau dall, byddar, mud ac efrydd etc) oni bai bod y gwasanaeth yn un y caniateir ei gwneud yn ofynnol codi tâl amdano o dan adran 22 neu 26 o'r Ddeddf honno;
(b)gwasanaeth a ddarperir o dan adran 45(1) o Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Iechyd ac Iechyd y Cyhoedd 1968 (p. 46) (lles hen bobl);
(c)gwasanaeth a ddarperir o dan atodlen 15 i Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006 (p. 42) (gofal am famau a phlant ifanc, atal salwch a gofal ac ôl-ofal a chymorth yn y cartref a chyfleusterau golchi dillad);
(d)gwasanaeth a ddarperir o dan paragraff 1 o Ran II o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf Iechyd a Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Dyfarniadau Nawdd Cymdeithasol 1983 (p. 41) (prydau ac adloniant ar gyfer hen bobl) oni bai bod y gwasanaeth yn un y gall fod taliad yn ofynnol amdano o dan adran 22 neu 26 o Ddeddf Cymorth Gwladol 1948;
(e)gwasanaeth a ddarperir o dan adran 2 o Ddeddf Gofalwyr a Phlant Anabl 2000 (p. 16) (gwasanaethau ar gyfer gofalwyr) oni bai i'r gwasanaeth gael ei ddarparu ar ffurf gofal preswyl.
(3)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddiwygio drwy orchymyn is-adran (2) er mwyn ychwanegu gwasanaeth o unrhyw ddisgrifiad neu ddiwygio neu ddileu'r disgrifiad o wasanaeth sydd wedi ei gynnwys yno am y tro.
