At ddibenion y Mesur hwn, y partneriaid iechyd meddwl lleol ar gyfer ardal awdurdod lleol yw–
(a)y Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol a sefydlwyd o dan adran 11 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006 ar gyfer ardal sy'n cynnwys ardal yr awdurdod lleol; a
(b)yr awdurdod lleol ar gyfer yr ardal honno.
