139 Interpretation of this Chapter E+W

In this Chapter—

• “registrable interest” (“buddiant cofrestradwy”) means a registrable interest specified in regulations made under section 138;

• “relevant office holder” (“deiliad swydd perthnasol”) means—

  (a)

  the Commissioner, or

  (b)

  the Deputy Commissioner.
