(c)magu parch at rieni'r plentyn, ei hunaniaeth ddiwylliannol, ei iaith a'i werthoedd ei hun, at werthoedd cenedlaethol y wlad lle mae'r plentyn yn byw, y wlad y gall ei fod yn tarddu ohoni, ac at wareiddiadau sy'n wahanol i un ei hun;
