Newidiadau i ddeddfwriaeth:
Mesur Llywodraeth Leol (Cymru) 2011, Adran 155 yn gyfredol gyda’r holl newidiadau y gwyddys eu bod mewn grym ar neu cyn 11 Ionawr 2025. Mae newidiadau a all gael eu dwyn i rym yn y dyfodol. Mae newidiadau a wnaed yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt trwy anodiadau.
Changes to Legislation
Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. Er mwyn gweld yr wybodaeth 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' ar gyfer y ddarpariaeth hon ewch yn ôl i'r fersiwn ddiweddaraf gan ddefnyddio'r opsiynau yn y blwch 'Pa Fersiwn' uchod.
155Peidio â gwneud taliadauLL+C
(1)Ni chaniateir i awdurdod perthnasol wneud taliadau mewn cysylltiad â materion perthnasol neu bensiwn perthnasol i berson sydd wedi ei atal neu wedi ei atal yn rhannol rhag bod yn aelod o'r awdurdod yn rhinwedd Rhan 3 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 2000 (ymddygiad aelodau llywodraeth leol etc.).
(2)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, mewn unrhyw achosion eraill y maent o'r farn eu bod yn briodol, gyfarwyddo awdurdod perthnasol i beidio â gwneud taliadau (gan gynnwys mewn cysylltiad â phensiynau) mewn cysylltiad ag unrhyw faterion perthnasol a bennir yn y cyfarwyddyd.
(3)Cyn rhoi cyfarwyddyd o dan is-adran (2), rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori â'r Panel.
(4)Gellir gorfodi cyfarwyddyd o dan is-adran (2) drwy orchymyn mynnu ar gais Gweinidogion Cymru.
(5)Caiff awdurdod perthnasol ei gwneud yn ofynnol i ad-dalu taliadau a wnaed mewn cysylltiad â materion perthnasol neu bensiwn perthnasol i berson mewn cysylltiad â chyfnod pryd nad oedd gan y person hwnnw hawl i gael y taliad am unrhyw reswm, gan gynnwys (ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i) unrhyw un o'r rhesymau canynol—
(a)gwnaed y taliadau yn groes i'r gwaharddiad yn is-adran (1);
(b)gwnaed y taliadau yn groes i'r gyfarwyddyd o dan is-adran (2);
(c)yr oedd y person wedi peidio â bod yn aelod o'r awdurdod.
