Newidiadau i ddeddfwriaeth:
Mesur Llywodraeth Leol (Cymru) 2011, Adran 83 yn gyfredol gyda’r holl newidiadau y gwyddys eu bod mewn grym ar neu cyn 10 Chwefror 2025. Mae newidiadau a all gael eu dwyn i rym yn y dyfodol. Mae newidiadau a wnaed yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt trwy anodiadau.
Changes to Legislation
Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. Er mwyn gweld yr wybodaeth 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' ar gyfer y ddarpariaeth hon ewch yn ôl i'r fersiwn ddiweddaraf gan ddefnyddio'r opsiynau yn y blwch 'Pa Fersiwn' uchod.
83Trafodion etcLL+C
(1)Mae pwyllgor [F1llywodraethu ac] archwilio i benodi'r person sydd i gadeirio'r pwyllgor (a gaiff fod yn aelod o'r awdurdod neu'n aelod lleyg ond rhaid iddo beidio â bod yn aelod o grŵp gweithrediaeth).
(2)Os nad oes unrhyw grwpiau gwrthblaid, caiff y person sydd i gadeirio'r pwyllgor [F2llywodraethu ac] archwilio fod yn aelod o grŵp gweithrediaeth ond rhaid iddo beidio â bod yn aelod o weithrediaeth yr awdurdod lleol.
(3)Caiff holl aelodau pwyllgor [F3llywodraethu ac] archwilio bleidleisio ar unrhyw gwestiwn y mae'n dod i ran y pwyllgor i'w benderfynu.
(4)Caiff pwyllgor [F4llywodraethu ac] archwilio awdurdod lleol—
(a)ei gwneud yn ofynnol i aelodau a swyddogion yr awdurdod ddod ger ei fron i ateb cwestiynau, a
(b)gwahodd personau eraill i fynychu cyfarfodydd y pwyllgor.
(5)Mae dyletswydd ar unrhyw aelod o awdurdod lleol neu swyddog i awdurdod lleol i gydymffurfio ag unrhyw ofyniad a osodir o dan is-adran (4)(a).
(6)Nid yw is-adran (5) yn ei gwneud yn orfodol i berson ateb unrhyw gwestiwn y byddai gan y person hawl i wrthod ei ateb mewn achosion llys, neu at ddibenion achosion llys, yng Nghymru a Lloegr.
(7)Mae pwyllgor [F5llywodraethu ac] archwilio i'w drin fel pe bai'n bwyllgor i brif gyngor at ddibenion Rhan 5A o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972 (cael mynd i gyfarfodydd a chael gweld dogfennau awdurdodau, pwyllgorau ac is-bwyllgorau penodol).
(8)At ddibennion is-adrannau (1) a (2), mae i'r ymadroddion “grŵp gweithrediaeth” a “grŵp gwrthblaid” yr un ystyr ag yn adran 75.
