54Public access to meetings of certain bodies

Sections 23 to 27 of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 (c. 9) (which provide for public access to meetings of a district council and for the publication of information concerning such meetings) shall, with the modifications set out in subsection (2) apply in relation to meetings of—

the Regional Board;
aa
the Regional Agency;
b
RBSO;
c
a special agency;
d
an F2HSC trust;
F3e
the Patient and Client Council, and
f
the Northern Ireland Social Care Council,
as they apply in relation to meetings of a district council.

The modifications are—
a
any reference to a district council shall be read as a reference to a body mentioned in subsection (1); and
b
any reference to councillors or members of the council shall be read as a reference to members of such a body.
