The Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (c. 7)

In Schedule 5, in each of paragraphs 5A(3)(a), 6(4)(b) and 6A(2)(b), the words “after it has been reduced by the amount of any increases under section 105 of the Pensions Act”.
