4.—(1) Article 27 (matters to which court is to have regard) is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, for “and 26” substitute “, 26, 26A and 26D”.

(3) In paragraphs (1) and (2) for “or 26A” substitute “, 26A or 26D”.
