In section 1(1) of the principal Act for “the Local Government (Boundaries) Act (Northern Ireland) 1971” substitute “ section 1 of the Local Government (Boundaries) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 ”.

The statutory provisions set out in the Schedule are repealed to the extent mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule.
