In section 4 of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 (disqualifications) in subsection (1) for paragraph (b) substitute—
b
is the subject of—
i
a bankruptcy restrictions order or interim order; or
ii
a debt relief restrictions order or interim order;
