The Department may by regulations make provision as to matters which may or must be dealt with in service agreements.

The power conferred by section 1(2) to enter into service agreements includes power to award public service contracts in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007.

The Department may by regulations make provision for the review of decisions required by Article 5(7) of that Regulation.
