In the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (NI 16) after Article 95 insert as Part 7A of that Order the provisions set out in Part 1 of Schedule 3 to this Act.

Part 2 of Schedule 3 makes consequential amendments relating to the provisions inserted by subsection (1).
