In section 29—

(a)

in subsection (5) for “sections 13 and 14 of the Welfare of Animals Act (Northern Ireland) 1972” substitute “ sections 4, 5, 6(1) and (2), 7 and 8 of the Welfare of Animals Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 ”;

(b)

in subsection (5A) for “sections 13 and 14 of the Welfare of Animals Act (Northern Ireland) 1972” substitute “ sections 4, 5, 6(1) and (2) and 7 to 9 of the Welfare of Animals Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 ”.
