After Article 2A of the Licensing Order insert the following Article—

“Application to limited liability partnerships2B

In its application to a limited liability partnership, this Order shall have effect with the following modifications—

(a)

a reference to a director of a body corporate is a reference to a member of a limited liability partnership;

(b)

in Article 2(7), the reference to the secretary of a body corporate is a reference to any designated member of a limited liability partnership.”.
