This paragraph applies to appeals under any of the following provisions of this Schedule—
a
paragraph 6(11) or (12);or
b
paragraph 11(1).

Subsections (4) and (5) of section 58 (appeals) shall apply to an appeal to which this paragraph applies as those subsections apply to an appeal under that section.
