Section 14 gives effect to Schedule 1. It also indicates how references to “ordinary statutory paternity pay” and “statutory paternity pay” in instruments, documents and statutory provisions are to be read once “ordinary statutory paternity pay” is renamed as “statutory paternity pay”.
