(1)
Section 143 (general financial arrangements) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1), before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)
state pension and lump sums under Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015;”.
(3)
In subsection (2)(a), after “Contributions and Benefits Act” insert “
, Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015
”
