PART 1 N.I. PENSION SCHEMES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ACT 1993: AMENDMENTS

20  In section 20A— N.I.

(a) the existing text becomes subsection (1), and

(b) after that subsection add—

“(2) The Department must give such guidance (if any) as it thinks appropriate about GMP conversion.”.
